A Rare Manuscript Copy of Governor William Bradford's Journal, Goes on the Auction Block A rare facsimile edition by Governor William Bradford of Plymouth Plantation fame, goes up for auction on the popular internet site eBay. The 1896 facsimile edition of the manuscript is one of approximately 100 surviving copies in the world; only 5 or so are thought to be in private hands, the rest are in museums and universities. The facsimile manuscript is expected to fetch $6,000 to $12,000...but don't be surprised if Pilgrim Nation outbids the predictions for this rare gem. - 2006-08-30

New Sculpture Exhibition Opens at the Lubeznik Center for the Arts in Michigan City, Indiana The Lubeznik Center for the Arts is proud to present “3-D Discovery: Sculpture from the Lubeznik Center for the Arts to Purdue University North Central” featuring artwork created by more than 30 sculptors who are primarily from Chicago, Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana, but also including Indianapolis, IN; New York; Tennessee and Texas.
