Pet Microchip Helps to Locate Pet Pooch Lost for Over One Year and 1,260 Miles Away From Home
On Tuesday June 30, the King County Animal Services Shelter (Seattle Washington) left a phone message at the Seymour home in San Diego that Dharma their lost dog was found. About sixteen months ago Dharma went missing from the family yard. The beloved pooch was found roaming the streets of Federal Way last week near Seattle Washington. With a scan for a microchip, an AVID FriendChip™ was found through Avid's Recovery Network, PETtrac™. The Seymour Family was revealed as the owner. "This obviously shows the value of pet microchip identification," said Al Dams, an administrator for King County Animal Services, "We hope this nice story will be a reminder to all pet owners to have your pet licensed and microchipped. This reunion occurred because the microchip provider had the correct and updated information in the system. We believe in the use of microchips for pets because, as with Dharma, it may provide the needed phone call to get them home." - 2004-07-07 Friend of PRWeb - 10

THIS Is Christianity
Mark Twain is quoted as saying; "If Christ were here now there is one thing he would not be - a Christian." The sad truth is the way many people who claim to be Christians today live their lives, Mr. Twain would be correct. A Christian by definition is a person who believes in and strives to live as Jesus Christ would live. Christianity is not an organized religion, it is not a certain denomination, it is a way of life. - 2004-07-13
