Kagan Study Tackles Cable's Nagging Disconnects
Cable TV subscribers cancel service at a rate of 2.6% per month, or 31% on an annualized basis, yielding 20.4 mil. disconnects in 2003, according to Kagan World Media's new economic study of subscriber churn.
