(PRWEB) September 24, 2002 -- "God Heal America" is an inspirational ballad anthem performed by Tracie Hines on the newly released CD compilation "Land of the Free" produced by S.D.S. Productions (Lyrics: by Phil Fletcher & Music: by Wesley Murry & Rodney Noble).

Who: Tracie Hines, vocalist from Louisville, KY, presented her new release "God Heal America" (c) 2002 at the B96 Heritage Festival today 09/22/2002 in Louisville KY. Her performance 'tho a prelude to an entire day of gospel music, proved to be a momentous offering of praise, worship and patriotism - firmly establishing an entire day of praise. Also, supporting Tracie was the amazing Hurst Sisters of Louisville KY - Rose Bowman, Sandra Brown, and Eloise Sims - a true family affair - the direct source, of Tracie gospel roots.

What: B96 Heritage Festival in downtown Louisville, KY - Day of Gospel Music

Where: Downtown Louisville KY - Overlooking the Ohio River

When: September 22, 2002

Why: "God Heal America" was written in honor and tribute to the many tragically claimed in the disastrous attack on our nation on September 11, 2001. It's plea, is that we become a people of faith, through God's healing presence in our lives. The song is a song of hope and restoration, for all Americans.

Reaction: Truly, Miss Hines is one of the best kept secrets in contemporary music today. Whether it be Gospel, Inspirational, or R&B. What we witnessed today, was an anointing - and the beginning of a ministry that will touch lives for years to come. Shortly after her performance, a young lady in the audience approached Miss Hines and asked that she pray with her - so compelled and led by the Holy Spirit - Miss Hines immediately obliged.
