Award-Winning Television Series Is the First in the Company's Slate of Intended Acquisitions
SANTA BARBARA, CA (PRWEB)October 6, 2003--
Ameridream Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AMDR) announced today that it has acquired the award-winning celebrity biography television series, "Autograph" (www.auotograph.tv), as well as the "Autograph" trademark, in exchange for 7 million shares in company common stock. The "Autograph" series of 26 celebrity biography programs was recognized this January at the prestigious New York Festivals with a Bronze Medal in the category of biography/profile, over such contenders as E! Entertainment Television's "True Hollywood Stories," and its biography on Janet Leigh won a Globe Gold award at the World Media Festival in Hamburg in May 2003.
The first season of "Autograph," offered at MIPCOM in Cannes this year by O2C Distribution (www.o2c.us), is a series of 26 brand new 30-minute-format shows, including interviews with Michael Caine, David Carradine, Tim Conway, Bo Derek, Robert Duvall, Ben Kingsley, Martin Landau, Janet Leigh, Laura Linney, Michelle Phillips, and Michael York. Production has already begun on the second season of 22 more shows. "Autograph" is hosted by actress Agata Gotova, who will have the leading role with an all-star cast in the film "Once Upon a Time in Paris," scheduled to be shot in Moscow, Paris and California next summer.
