United Cultural Convention Nominates Richard Ozanne, an American Visual Artist and Designer to rare International Peace Prize.
(PRWEB) October 6 2003--Richard Ozanne a noted American artist has been nominated three times for the prestigious United Cultural Convention International Peace Prize.
The United Cultural Convention came along at a momentous time in world history to bridge the Millennium with praise from many among the worlds elite. Within a long list of nominees for this particular prize are important cultural people the world over including influential doctors scientists, and yes...visual artists. The objective of the prize is to celebrate the work of individuals who are achieving results across political, religious and ethnic divisions for peace and justice.
Mr. Ozanne recently returned from Prague Czech Republic where he had been teaching American History, Culture and the arts at Charles University one of Europes oldest and most respected Universities (Circa 1342). He also made cultural ties with the National Library of Czech (Prague) which assisted him in many projects. Mr Ozanne has lived in the Czech Republic since 1995 and exhibits frequently in Europe. He has bridged ties with several international organizations in hopes of greater personal contributions to the field of teaching, in itself a personal committment, towards greater growth of arts and culture. Richard Ozanne has had many offers to return to Europe this year and is currently making plans for residence in Italy for 04'.
The recipiants of the UCC International Peace Prize are forwarded to United Nations and UNESCO.
