Leading Democratic Presidential Candidate Howard Dean Beats Republicans Hands-down in New Deck of Playing Cards

Producers of the hit Wall Street Most Wanted Playing Cards recently announced their newest product-–the Dean Deck, featuring former Vermont Governor Howard Dean and a host of presidential candidates, statesmen, media personalities and certain players of the Bush Administration.

Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) October 8, 2003- – Producers of the hit Wall Street Most Wanted Playing Cards recently announced their newest product-–the Dean Deck, featuring former Vermont Governor Howard Dean and a host of presidential hopefuls, statesmen, media personalities and certain players in the Bush Administration.

Public interest in the Dean Deck, like the Dean Campaign has been super strong,” said Eric Burdette, Co-founder of www.DeanDeck.com. The Dean Deck is a tribute to the man who will be the next President of the United States of America,” said David Krikorian, Co-founder of Parody Productions, producer of both the Dean Deck and Wall Street Most Wanted Deck.

The new deck of playing cards highlights four major issues underlying Howard Deans campaign: Foreign Policy, Healthcare, Environmental Issues and the Economy. The Deck uses high quality art to promote Howard Dean, his policies, and his road to the Presidency in 2004. Additionally, the deck lightheartedly pokes fun at members of the current administration, leading Democratic hopefuls, and media personalities.

Many of those featured in the deck are household names like Hillary Clinton, Tony Blair, Jimmy Carter, Larry King, Rush Limbaugh, and Oliver North. George W. Bush, Jr. and Dick Cheney are jokers, and Howard Dean is featured as the ace of each suit.

The deck is a casino-quality, regulation poker deck, containing 52 illustrations of pro-Dean sentiment, including cards of Colin Powell and Ralph Nader giving their endorsements of Deans candidacy. These cards tell the story of Deans meteoric rise as a Democratic frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination,” said Krikorian.

The cards have been especially popular with Dean supporters and those working to spread Howard Deans message to Americans. This deck appeals to Americans who want to take their country back,” said Burdette.

"Our Dean Deck is not affiliated in any way with the Howard Dean For America Campaign," said Krikorian. Parody Productions, Inc. was formed in early 2003 and is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. The company sells the Dean Deck at its Web site as well as through specialty on-line and off-line retailers. The Dean Deck Playing Cards sell for $7.99 online at the companys Web site at http://www.deandeck.com

Parody Productions, Inc. develops satirical specialty products focused on finance and government. The company produced the popular Wall Street Most Wanted Playing Cards, which it sells from its Web site: http://www.wallstreetmostwanted.com
