Mr. Bray will be in charge of all operations of VoiceLog Third Party Verification provided using live agents, as opposed to VoiceLog automated services.
Mr. Bray has a long and distinguished career in the telecommunications industry, with special emphasis on Third Party Verification. In 1991, Mr. Bray joined MCI as a sales associate in its telemarketing group and was quickly promoted several times to reach Senior Manager status in 1996, managing over 1,000 representatives and then supporting 16 call centers nationally. While at MCI, he won more than eleven recognition awards. Prior to joining VoiceLog, he was Senior Manager at AT&T Broadband, where he managed 13 call centers offering local telephone service. His involvement in Third Party Verification includes seven years of selecting and managing Third Party Verification vendors and managing TPV programs at AT&T and MCI. In addition, Mr. Bray has been involved in a call center start-up company and enjoyed a distinguished and decorated tour in the US Navy.
Mr. Brays duties will include management of the VoiceLog TPV call center, including recruiting, hiring and training of English and bilingual verification agents, switch and telephony operations, workforce management, quality assurance, and reporting.
