TALKING TV is a weekly radio call in show on WBIS 1190AM THURSDAYS at 9AM EASTERN. The station's signal covers over 5 million people, half of whom live in Baltimore, the 18th largest metro market in the United States. TALKING TV is the brainchild of Judlyne Lilly (AKA: Savanna Gibson) an award winning radio reporter, anchor and producer who just happens to love watching television.
