Proposal Tech Updates Its ProposalLink System

Proposal Tech updates its patented RFP managment software with new tools for managing, editing and review RFPs.

IRVINE, CA (PRWEB) October, 7 2003 – Proposal Technologies Network, Inc. (Proposal Tech), the leader in online RFP (Request For Proposal) technology, has further refined the eRFP / eProcurement industry with its latest enhancements to its ProposalLink product.

With extremely inefficient RFP processes currently in place, a majority of businesses and service providers waste precious time, money and valuable resources maintaining the status quo of RFP management. To assist both sides of the equation, Proposal Tech created its patented web-based software, ProposalLink.

Creating a central nervous system" for the RFP process, ProposalLink is a comprehensive and secure Internet based program that offers a flexible platform on which to create, respond and analyze RFPs. Moreover, ProposalLink technology is portable, scalable and networkable, and it also provides historical data and accountability, enabling companies to streamline RFP management.

From the outset of my career, I have been constantly challenged to devise systems that automate processes and procedures. When I encountered my first RFP, I knew there must be a better way," said Jeffrey Spencer, Proposal Tech CEO and founder. With ProposalLink we have created a secure, online RFP management system that streamlines the entire process and could save companies up to 40% on their RFPs in the first year alone."

Proposal Link allows users to create standardized or custom RFP questions and subsequent answers, which are stored in a secure database driven web site, with access granted exclusively by assigned username and password. Fully integrated, interactive RFPs can be automatically generated through a user-friendly interface that drives a back-end comprehensive software program. The powerful ProposalLink system helps to facilitate group collaboration when users employ its networking and team capabilities.

This online system allows users to track and manage proposals and deadlines, automate response links, create new responses and questions, create and edit user rights for each RFP, add attachments for documentation, spreadsheets and other files, and track users in the system.

The end result is a technologically advanced system that creates a synergy within the RFP process never before realized.
