(PRWEB) November 11 2003--As the day begins, Boulder Buddies movies, stuffed bean type creatures, prototypes, cases, CD's, and anything else you can think of are on shelves all over The Boulder Buddies office. Two years in the making, hundreds of hours invested, and lots of support from family and friends, The Boulder Buddies now are alive. The bank account has about a $150,000.00 hole in it, but we are now holding in our hands, a product line. A product line consisting of a 60 minute video or DVD, adorable plush characters, a music CD, puppet pillows, and a great website, www.boulderbuddies.com
Now, all we have to do is sell it and let people become attached to these lovable new toys for kids. The motto of our company is "We want to put the "G" back in "G" rated entertainment for kids. The Boulder Buddies were created by parents, for parents with children ages 1 to 7. We are an independent company from Minnesota. Here is a little bit of information about the Boulder Buddies. There are 36 total Boulder Buddies,all with their own look and personality. We have four characters featured in the first video. Punky Rock leads the Boulder Buddies with sunglasses and an attitude. But Punky Rock has a cool attitude, he gets his coolness from doing the right thing and listening to his mom and dad. Roost runs an imaginary ticket booth selling tickets to the TV audience, and Matey is blue and yellow and a really neat fellow and is a happy go lucky guy. Also, Braid is an adorable role model for little girls everywhere. Braid is the lovable newscaster of the BBNN (Boulder Buddies News Network). In the first video "Adventures in Learning, Fun with ABC's and 123's, the alphabet is blown away while doing a butterfly song video. The cast has to find the alphabet while taking a tour of Boulderville. Along the way they are learning the basic skills kids at this age need, shapes, colors, numbers, letters, and caring and sharing. With all original catchy kids songs, and great original story telling, The Boulder Buddies are going to bounce into the world by storm. Oh, I forgot to mention they have no arms or feet, quite a feat to animate but we have an incredible animator. The creators of The Boulder Buddies, Dave and Lori talk candidly to parents, businesses, and people in the industry."Getting a product like this into the market is a big undertaking. We own a small family operated advertising agency so we know how to begin at least. We have met with some major retail stores , got a story in the local paper (The Prior Lake American) , met with QVC home shopping, ran a sponsership ad on PBS everyday for six months in Minnesota, and more, but we are still trying to put that first big deal together. We even have a major Hollywood producer shopping this in Hollywood for a network television series. We are looking for chain stores, business sponsers, and firms looking to license new products. Or all of the above to order products from our company to feature in their stores. We need people to go to www.boulderbuddies.com and order our products. We do not have the million dollar ad budget yet. We need your e-mails to order Boulder Buddies products, or your phone calls to place orders from us. The Boulder Buddies offer youngsters, and parents something that is sadly lacking in so many shows today. Kids need to be kids again.
