Companies Can Now Outsource Their Quality Internal Audit Process to The Advantage Group for Excellent Cost Savings and Breakthrough Process Effectiveness.

Outsourcing Services for Internal Quality Audits including standards such as ISO 9001:2000, TL 9000, QS 9000, TS 16949 are now definitively more cost and business effective. The latest quality standards require an overall review of the effectiveness of all business processes as opposed to only evaluating individual specifications, tasks or records. This review must be performed during a cycle of internal process audits that cover all departments of the corporation and corrective actions must be tracked.

Updates and changes to the standards now require a trained auditor who has considerable business experience. This experience enables them to understand how processes internally and externally to the corporation inter-relate.

In order to comply, companies have tried to choose higher level internal employees from differing departments, inclusive of their Quality Departments, paid thousands of dollars for them to participate in a four to five day training class and then depended on these employees to spend a few days a month performing internal audits. In some cases this has been successful. In many more, there has been a substantial loss of investment when these people could not audit due to a multiplicity of issues. Some examples of those issues are; Employees have been routinely needed for critical work within their home departments and not able to fit the auditing into their schedule; Promotion; Lay-off; or the employee finds alternative employment altogether and exits the company. These situations have then required the company to begin the expense and time consuming process of choosing auditors and training them over again.
