PR Showcase 2003 http://www.prshowcase.net, the UKs largest PR conference for PR and media professionals is to launch its new look website ahead of its conference on 23rd and 24th September 2003.
The re-vamp comes after accessing users requirements offline and via WebtraffIQs http://www.webtraffiq.com web measurement service, which has been analysing the behaviour and patterns of online visitors. The new website took a week to complete by Digital Generation http://www.digital-generation.net, and will be up and running by 22 August 2003.
Richard Weston, Managing Director at Evensis, the event management company who are organising the event comments, We wanted to display the array of guest speakers, conferences, workshops and exhibitors in an easily digestible format. The new website reflects our printed publicity and features our online booking form.
Weston adds, We are pleased with what the design agency Digital Generation have delivered for us, and expect the design to have an huge impact on how visitors surf and interact with the website. The new PR Showcase website is also more search engine friendly, and this was something that we were keen to incorporate into the design structure, because so many media professionals use the Internet as their primary research tool."
The website promotion is to be supported by direct marketing [mail outs] and online PR, search engine marketing and optimisation [SEM / SEO], including submitting it to major search engines and directories and telesales.
