Vancouver, B.C., - January 21, 2004 - Resume Mirror Inc., a premier supplier of HR and recruiting technology, today announced the appointment of Don Darrah and James Sale to the Company's executive team. Darrah and Sale each bring over 15 years industry experience to the team and both have held senior management positions at leading HR and recruiting software and service providers.
In his role as Vice President of Focused Application Sales, Darrah will spearhead Resume Mirror's focused applications initiative and develop strategic partnerships with leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vendors. Darrah has held key management positions in several recruiting technology companies including eQuest, eLabor (since acquired by ADP), and Skillset, one of the first Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) companies founded in 1992. As Vice-President and Founder of Skillset, Darrah was responsible for driving the successful implementation of Skillset into many Fortune 100 organizations.
As the Vice President of Embedded Solution Sales, Sale will focus on expanding and developing Resume Mirror's strategic business alliances with key HR software providers, including Applicant Tracking System vendors, Human Resource Information System vendors, Staffing Firms, Job Boards and other recruiting services firms. Prior to joining Resume Mirror, Sale was responsible for Sales and Business Development at CareerCast (co-owned by Dow Jones & Co., Inc. and The Wall Street Journal). Sale has held key executive positions, including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Products and Services and Vice President of Business Development, with leading HR and recruiting software and service providers such as Westech, Career Services and BrassRing LLC.
