Essential Nectar(tm) Helps Clean our Rivers - EarthWorks International Donates to the Crew at Living Lands & Waters

In keeping with the core beliefs in helping to save our environment, EarthWorks International (www.ewi.com) has donated their leading all-in-one daily supplement, Essential Nectar(tm), to the crew of the Living Lands & Waters Project. The Living Lands & Waters crew is dedicated to restoring our waterways to their former glory, one day at a time, by hand.

Breckenridge, CO, (PRWEB) January 29, 2004 - EarthWorks International (www.ewi.com) strongly believes in our environment and saving it. In addition to having high quality products at affordable prices, part of the EarthWorks mission is to make environmentally friendly choices about products and packaging, while giving back to the environment whenever possible. EarthWorks has taken the first step in that direction by donating their leading all-in-one daily supplement, Essential Nectar(tm), to the crew of the Living Lands & Waters Project.

In order to help our environment," said EarthWorks President Erik Thorsteinson, we have donated Essential Nectar, our liquid all-in-one product, to a fantastic team of people that are out in the rivers of our country, physically cleaning up carelessly discarded trash and garbage. The Living Lands & Waters crew is dedicated to restoring our waterways to their former glory, one day at a time, by hand. They are performing this restoration by removing old refrigerators, steel drums, soda cans, cars, and all other sorts of debris, large and small, that people have just dumped into the rivers."

Considering the physically demanding work that cleaning our rivers by hand requires, we feel that that this team needs all the strength and energy possible in order to achieve the goal of having beautiful rivers once again. Essential Nectar can help the team members of Living Lands & Waters meet these daily physical requirements, and therefore EarthWorks is happy to provide Essential Nectar to them."

Chad Pregracke is the founder and lead crew member of the Living Lands and Waters Project. When he was asked what he thought of the liquid vitamins (a.k.a. Essential Nectar) after using them for a couple of months, his reply was… They rock!"

About Essential Nectar

Essential Nectar delivers vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, herbs, phytonutrients, essential fatty acids, enzymes, whole juices, and green foods; all in a natural-food-based liquid. Because it is a liquid, over 90% of the product‘s nutritional value is absorbed by the body. In contrast, the absorption rate of conventional, hard compressed vitamin and mineral pills is generally 10-20%.

About Living Lands and Waters

Living Lands & Waters is a non-profit organization formed by Chad Pregracke. Chad grew up on the Mississippi River and thought of it as his backyard." When careless individuals decided to use the river as a dump, Chad decided to clean it up. What started out seven years ago as a one-boat, one man and his dog clean up effort has become a seven state, 54-community project with thousands of volunteers and an estimated 900 tons of trash removed from the waters and banks of the Mississippi, Missourim, Illinois and Ohio rivers.

For three weeks in April 2004, Chad and his team are coming to the Potomac and Anacostia rivers in our nations capital. Barges, boats and cleanup work on the riverbanks will collect and recycle a larger-than-ever amount of debris, such as tires, barrels, propane tanks, paint cans, appliances and other trash.
