Recruiternet Appoints Director of Sales

Recruiternet a leading provider of flexible technology solutions for human resources professionals announces that Ted Mooney has joined the company as Director of Sales.

PORTLAND, ME - January 30, 2004 – Recruiternet, a leading provider of flexible applicant tracking software, today announced that Ted Mooney has joined the company as Director of Sales. Mooney brings to the company more than 18 years of leadership experience in sales and strategic alliance development.

Mooney joined Recruiternet to lead our sales department, work with our existing clients, build new relationships and open new opportunities for us," said Robert Neveu, President of Recruiternet. His experience in high growth sales development, managing the consultative selling process and focusing on customer outcomes makes him the ideal candidate to lead our team through the next levels of Recruiternet success. We are very excited to have someone with Ted's skills and experience join the Recruiternet team."

Mooneys sales career began 18 years ago at Racal Instruments, where he sold instrumentation to Aerospace, Defense and Manufacturing companies. In the course of his 11 year tenure at Racal he rose from Sales Engineer to Regional Sales Manager to National Sales Manager. Recruited to join start-up Nice Systems in 1994, as Vice President and General Manager, Mooney navigated their revenue growth, worked with company founders to take the company public and integrated two acquired companies. He left Nice in August of 1999 to pursue opportunities in educational software development and ASP workforce development solutions with Docent and, most recently, with Worknowledge as their Director of Client Development. In his new role as Director of Sales, he will be responsible for delivering significant revenue growth and capitalizing on the current Recruiternet sales talent and strong customer base.
