Treat yourself to 15 Days of cooking classes, wineries, local markets and experiencing the French and Italian way of life. Combine culinary experieces in European cities and small, rural villages. Cook with chefs from the acclaimed Paris Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute as well as renowned chefs in Provence and Tuscany. Taste wines and fresh produce, absorb the history and culture and shop at local markets throughout the regions that we visit.

(PRWEB) October 3, 2004 -- Join ‘The Main Course in Paris, for a tour beginning with a cooking class at the renowned Paris Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, moving on to a privately owned Chateau for three unbelievable days of private cooking classes (given by chefs from the Paris Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute) while living as French aristocracy. Then, we drive to Provence to the famed hotel and restaurant owned by French Master Chef, Alain Ducasse, where we will spend three nights and will attend a private cooking class, eat at the famous truffle kings (Bruno Clement) restaurant, 'Bruno', located in the stunning countryside surrounding Lourges, visit local wineries and experience life in the traditional small French towns. Our next stop will be the French Riviera, relaxing in Monaco and gambling in the fabulous Casino Monte Carlo. Tuscany is the ultimate stop on the agenda. We will stay in a privately owned country house and experience a personalized cooking class, as well as visit the local sights, including shopping and strolling through the beautiful city of Florence. We then return to Paris by air (included). This tour is limited to a maximum of 10 people and will include plenty of free time for sightseeing, as well as incomparable culinary pleasures.

For those on a limited time schedule, we offer two choices adapted from our full tour; Five nights beginning in Paris on day 1 of the complete tour, and returning to Paris, from the Chateau, on day 6 ($1995 per person dble occ.) and Nine nights beginning in Paris on day 6 of the complete tour and ending in Paris on Day 15 ($3750 per person dble. occ.). We are not including flights to and from Paris - you have the option of getting the best flight deals available to you and the flexibility of lengthening your European experience pre-and post tour. We will be happy to assist with any information and suggestions regarding travel and insurance.
