Depot model adds convenience for customers requiring prompt data recovery services

Markham, ON (PRWEB) October 12, 2004 – CBL Data Recovery Technologies Inc. (http://www.cbltech.com), a leading global provider of computer data recovery services, has expanded its partnership with NexInnovations, Canadas largest independent technology services provider.

Effective immediately, customers can drop off their affected media at any one of NexInnovations 15 service depot locations across Canada.

Convenience is an important factor when providing data recovery services, regardless of customer or the affected media,” says CBL CEO Bill Margeson. Users may give up prematurely on lost data if its not convenient to send it out for recovery. Thats where CBL delivers its value and our expanded relationship with NexInnovations makes it easy for customers suffering data loss to get it to us and have peace of mind.”

Under the expanded partnership, NexInnovations will handle all packaging and shipping of the media to CBL. In addition, customers will receive 10 per cent off the cost of their recovery by using a NexInnovations service depot.

NexInnovations is committed to providing customers with the flexibility and convenience to support their growing requirements in areas like data recovery,” says David Ekstrand, Vice President, National Services, for NexInnovations Inc. This extension of our partnership with CBL strengthens our focus on delivering excellence at all levels of the service chain.”
