Robert G. Christie's film "No Longer My Twin", a psychological/supernatural mystery, will have its 2nd premiere at Chesapeake Arts Center, Oct. 26th.

(PRWEB) October 10, 2004 -- Maryland-based director Robert G. Christie is proud to announce the 2nd premiere of his first feature film "No Longer My Twin" at the Chesapeake Arts Center on Tuesday, October 26th at 7pm. For directions to the theater see www.chesapeakearts.org. Having screened at the traveling New York International Film Festival in New York and Las Vegas, "No Longer My Twin" is a supernatural/psychological mystery about a young housewife who, after a miscarriage, encounters a ghost that appears to be her identical twin. "If you kill you, then you kill me" are the hauntingly whispered words of the ghostly visitor. But what can those words possibly mean? This innovative PG-rated film intends to frighten its audience psychologically. "Without an ounce of bloodshed, I was chilled to the bone by this movie," remarked one festival viewer. And..."Loved the intensity of this film. It really spooks you", says United Pictures International. The film features Baltimore area actors Sandra Lynn O'Brien, Fran Lane, and Adrienne Newberg.

Tickets are $10, which includes admission and the after-party at Gardel's restaurant in Baltimore, owned by "The O.C." actor Johnny Alonso and family. Our VIP guest speaker is Francis Xavier, Baltimore producer/director/writer of the acclaimed film "Barry's Gift" (released by Timeless-Video) and the recently released "Johnny Come Lately", both films starring Johnny Alonso, Lance Kerwin, and Irv Becker.

At Gardel's, Johnny Alonso and family are offering 10% to 20% discounts on meals and drinks and limited free-drink tickets to guests who attend the screening. Gardel's is located at 29 S. Front St (parallel to President St, perpendicular to Baltimore St), only about 20 minutes from the Chesapeake Arts Center in Glen Burnie. Gardel's phone is (410)837-3737.

Robert Christie is currently casting for his next two feature films slated to begin production in late 2004 and 2005; so...actors, bring your headshots and resumes to Gardel's! Johnny Alonso has already accepted one of the lead roles for Robert's very next feature, a science fiction thriller called "The Sobbing Stone"....along with John Doyle of "Serial Mom" fame.
