Bronto Software, a leading email management company, adds 66 new clients and doubles staff in Q3 2004.
Bronto Software, a leading email management software company, announced strong growth for the quarter ending September 30. The company experienced a 45% increase in sales compared to the previous quarter and sustained profitability.
"We had an incredible third quarter as businesses continued to realize the value of email management software," said Joe Colopy, Bronto President. Email management allows businesses to save money and time, plus gain insight into their customer's behavior further allowing them to provide relevant content, which increases customer loyalty."
Sixty-six clients were added during the third quarter including DC Cares, Helmets to Hardhats, RIT University, Satuit, Seattle Public Library, and Thotwave Technologies.
In addition to North America, Bronto continues to see strong demand from the European market. During the 3rd quarter, it added new international clients including Ireland-based Performance Marketing Ltd and UK-based Datadial and Softek.
Greater DC Cares, Greater Washingtons leading coordinator of innovative volunteer services and corporate philanthropy, signed on with Bronto in August 2004 to manage outbound email communications like email newsletters and press releases. Volunteer participation is crucial to our organization and to the Greater Washington community" said Lori Kline, DC Cares Communications Director. Our weekly newsletter offers us the opportunity to communicate with our volunteers on a more regular basis, allowing us to more effectively engage them in service throughout the Washington, DC area. To meet its strong third quarter demand, Bronto doubled its staff, adding engineering resources to accelerate its application development and a new marketing director.
