The International Indoor Air Quality Commission (I.I.A.Q.C.) announced today that its monthly newsletter previously available only to its members is now offered to the entire indoor air quality industry.

Vero Beach, FL (PRWEB) October 11, 2004 -- The International Indoor Air Quality Commission (I.I.A.Q.C.) announced today that its monthly newsletter previously available only to its members is now offered to the entire indoor air quality industry. The indoor air quality (IAQ) field is very dynamic right now with new research and insights tendered almost daily. The I.I.A.Q.C.s E-Newsletter provides a short, 1-page review of important IAQ issues.

The severity of todays indoor air quality problems have received extensive media attention and include mold infestations, sick building syndrome, and biological contaminants. Because of the importance IAQ knowledge plays in the representation of IAQ services and products to solve these problems, the I.I.A.Q.C. will provide its monthly E-Newsletter to all industry professionals. Part of the I.I.A.Q.C.s mission statement is to promote competency and performance in the indoor air quality field, and keeping IAQ professionals up to date on statistics, studies, trends, etc. can enhance their abilities to provide service to residential and commercial customers.

Why such a short newsletter, however, for such extensive problems? The I.I.A.Q.C. also publishes a quarterly journal to its members with more in-depth material, and other indoor air quality organizations also publish extensive reviews and newsletters. The challenge to IAQ professionals is finding the time to stay current in such a rapidly changing field. The I.I.A.Q.C.s short e-newsletter does not replace the more comprehensive publications, but helps the over 500,000 IAQ professionals stay abreast of IAQ topics in a quick time frame. To sign up for the I.I.A.Q.C.s E-Newsletter, visit www.iiaq.org.

About the I.I.A.Q.C.
The International Indoor Air Quality Commission is a world-wide organization that promotes recognized standards of competence and performance in the indoor air quality field by certifying indoor air quality professionals and endorsing indoor air quality products.
