Managing Accounts Receivable is also streamlined with Power2. The tracking module provides full documentation of all patient visits and transactions, and the ability to post cash electronically for all payers and to track all claims denials by reason for each payer, saves agencies additional time.
Power2 also provides the unique ability to electronically process commercial insurance claims in the same way as Medicare and Medicaid claims. Flexible bill formatting by payer also helps eliminate unnecessary claims denial, typically decreasing agency A/R turnover days by around 25 percent."
Further, an Executive Dashboard with a suite of more than 100 reports provides managers with agency data to accurately track profitability, and to capture revenues by eliminating missed therapy opportunities and LUPAS.
