Software Industry Veteran to Lead Accelerated Expansion

Clerke most recently served as President and CEO of Cardiff Software, a leading provider of Business Process Automation software. As co-founder, Clerke led Cardiff Software from its inception to an organization of 220 employees and nearly $30M in sales, until it was acquired by Verity in March 2004.
