The largest Aztec Exhibit opens at the Guggenheim museum. Among the notables attending were First Ladies Martha Fox of Mexico and Libby Pataki of New York City. Everyone enjoyed Casa Noble Tequila during the cocktail and formal dinner to celebrate this event.

New York, NY (PRWEB) November 3, 2004 -- One of the most anticipated cultural events of the year took place at New York City's Guggenheim Museum: the opening gala of the Aztec Empire Exhibit. The opening ceremonies launched the largest exhibition of Aztec artifacts ever assembled outside Mexico and a fitting testimony to one of the most influential Pre-Hispanic Era cultures of the American continent.

Among the notables attending the opening ceremonies were First Ladies Martha Fox of Mexico and Libby Pataki of New York City, Felipe Solís (Curator, and Director of Mexico's National Museum of Anthropology), Emilio Azcárraga (President of Televisa Group), Thomas Krens (Director of The Guggenheim) and many other representatives of New York's cultural, philanthropic and social elite.

The Aztec Gala Dinner was a meaningful cultural event where guests experienced exquisite dishes representative of ancient Mexican and Aztec cuisine, and enjoyed Casa Noble ultra premium tequilas served straight for sipping and in delicious mixed concoctions.

The evening began with the arrival of the First Ladies of Mexico and New York City who were lead by the Museum Director on the first official visit to the exhibition. The tour concluded at the top of the building where guests were greeted with Casa Noble Crystal served straight for sipping or as a cocktail with Pomegranate juice shaken with ice and served in an elegant martini glass.

Speeches by the Museum Director, Martha Fox and the Fist Lady of New York noted appreciation of the arts and the relationship and long history between both countries. Guests were openly mesmerized by the powerful and beautiful nature of the many artifacts on display.

The following day, Casa Noble Reposado was the favorite during the formal cocktail celebration for the official opening of the Aztec Exhibit. Favorite choices among guests were Casa Noble Margaritas and the Casa Noble Granada Cocktail. Museum patrons were greeted with Casa Noble Anejo in a private reception. Casa Noble Tequila was honored to enrich this grand exhibition of the Aztec civilizations which have played such an important role in the history of Mexico.
