National Business Research Institute offers employee surveys that analyze company culture and offers corrective solutions

Aurora, ON (HRMarketer/PRWeb) November 6, 2004 -- HR.com, the largest research and Web destination for Senior HR professionals, published an article written by Jan Stringer, Ph.D., entitled "The Keys to Increasing Employee Performance." Dr. Stringer is an Organizational Psychologist with the National Business Research Institute (NBRI).

The article discusses the importance of the role of the front-line manager in attracting and retaining talented employees. It goes on to show how important the employment of an appropriate measuring stick (commonly known as a survey) is to successfully link employee and/or customer data with employee productivity, customer loyalty and organizational profitability.

NBRI research has proven that it is often the case that the incentive most motivating to employees or supervisors is not a monetary reward. To learn more about what motivates, increases performance and retains employees, visit http://www.hr.com/hrcom/index.cfm/280/4321ECB8-3269-4ECB-8EC6464E7F6B8D33.
