Most recently Walas was the president and CEO of Sisley-Paris Cosmetics USA working with prestigious accounts including: Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Canyon Ranch, and The Cosbar. Prior to working for Sisley, Walas was a senior-level buyer for fourteen years with Neiman Marcus. Through out his tenure at Neiman Marcus, Walas was a cosmetic buyer, director and associate divisional manager for the cosmetic division.
Walas is responsible for building new business with department and cosmetic specialty retailers, and he has already made a remarkable difference at Kosmedix. He has made the initial step toward putting Juviderm in as many as 250 select doors through out the United States.
