New USDatalink Website Bridges Customer Needs. Dividing Resources Makes Site Come Together"

Download this press release as an Adobe PDF document.

USDatalink launches a new website that separates their services into two sections, employment screening and investigative services. This will improve site navigation and allow a focus on more relevant news and information. This new site offers features that will significantly benefit both current and potential clients.

(HRMarketer/PRWeb) November 11, 2004 -- USDatalink, a leader in the employment screening and investigation industry for almost 20 years, has made their website more seamless by dividing the sites resources into two sections: Employment Screening, for its customers that do employment background checks and, Investigative Services, for its investigative clients. USDatalink has also retooled their website with added functionality and new service offerings. The new features include a redesigned order tracking interface, customizable employment screening packages, and additional resources such as instant database checks, free investigator listings, up-to-date news, and law change information.

Company spokesperson Jeff Jones also emphasizes that many things remain the same. The separation does not mean an investigator cannot utilize employment screening or vise-versa, and we will never change our policy of no upfront fees or monthly usage requirements to USDatalink members".

USDatalink customers already have access to the most complete network of professional court researchers and data retrievers. The philosophy is to supplement reporting with compiled databases when appropriate, but always check records, especially criminal records by hand and at the source, assuring the most accurate data is returned to its customers.

The ability to design and implement a custom applicant tracking solution is another reason many large companies use USDatalink for all their background checking needs. Aside from managing risks by providing the most thorough and accurate data, custom USDatalink solutions allow the movement of reports through the screening process for quicker hiring decisions. This reduces the chances of losing a strong candidate to another offer.

We wanted to give our customers more then just a cookie cutter site. We wanted to offer a straight-forward but fully functional tool for investigators and turn-key employment screening solution for any company that uses background checking in the hiring process, which should be everyone."
