The Mammatech Corporation announced today a 20 to 1 reverse split in the company's shares of common stock effective 22 November 2002.

Gainesville, FL (PRWEB) November 12, 2004 -- The Mammatech Corporation (MAMH.OB) announced today a 20 to 1 reverse split in the company's shares of common stock effective 22 November 2002. The Companys 8k stated that it intends to seek financing for new product development. H.S. Pennypacker, Ph.D., President of Mammatech, said, "The company is developing a computer assisted tactile trainer that will help produce and verify high levels of clinical breast examination (CBE) skill."

Dr. Mark K. Goldstein, Mammatech's Chairman, reported that published studies continue to find that most breast cancers are first detected by someone's hands. The Companys MammaCareŽ program is a recognized standard for proficient CBE.
