Partnership Expands HR.coms Coverage of Corporate Learning

Aurora, ON (HRMarketer/PRWeb) November 13, 2004 -- HR.com, the most comprehensive Web destination for HR professionals, and Bersin & Associates, the only research and advisory firm solely focused on What Works for enterprise learning, today announced that the two organizations have entered into a reseller agreement and strategic partnership created to respond to the increasingly overlapping corporate HR and learning markets.

Under the agreement, HR.com members can subscribe to the What Works Research Service, currently comprised of more than 100 reports, case studies, white papers, and selection guides by Bersin & Associates, as well as other materials such as tips and techniques, presentations, and articles. HR.com members can also purchase individual reports. The exclusive providers of learning-related research to HR.com, Bersin & Associates will also contribute regular articles to HR.com on topics of likely interest to HR and learning professionals.

"We have expanded (and continue to expand) our research offerings for our members and have brought on the expertise necessary to meet these goals. Our alliance with Bersin & Associates will allow us to offer research offerings in the learning field," says Debbie McGrath, CEO of HR.com.

The partnership also paves the way for new joint projects encompassing research from Bersin & Associates on topics of interest to both learning and HR professionals.

"HR.com was among the first to develop the idea of a web destination specifically designed to address the needs and interests of HR professionals. Its expansion to encompass learning reflects the growing convergence of the learning and HR markets," said Josh Bersin, president and founder of Bersin & Associates.

The research service includes Bersin & Associates' What Works series, primary research that offers learning practitioners factual and practical insights that improve program effectiveness and results, reduce costs, and avoid time-consuming and costly mistakes. Each month, two to three case studies are added to the research center; Bersin & Associates also publishes several industry studies each quarter and continually writes on new topics and vendor offerings.

Subscriptions to the What Works Research Service start at $2,495. Prices for individual reports and studies vary. For more information, go to http://store.bersinassociates.com/affiliate-hr.html or call 877-472-6648.
