Shareholder-Friendly Companies List in Major Financial Publications

Wall-Street.com (WSC) announces the current group of participants in the "Shareholder-Friendly Companies" investor relations program which it sponsors. As a result of their participation in the program, these companies were included in the Wall-Street.com growth company listings that recently appeared in two of the nations major financial publications and are featured in the "Shareholder-Friendly Companies" section of the Wall-Street.com Website (http://www.wall-street.com).

Denver, CO (PRWEB) November 17, 2004 -- Wall-Street.com (WSC) announced the current group of participants in the "Shareholder-Friendly" investor relations program which it sponsors.

As a result of their participation in the program, these companies were included in the Wall-Street.com shareholder-friendly company listings that recently appeared in two of the nation's major financial publications. Additionally, these companies are featured in the "Shareholder-Friendly Companies" section of the Wall-Street.com Website (http://www.wall-street.com).

All were currently profitable. All were either paying dividends or had a low price-to-book ratio (1.9 or less) or both. In addition all exhibited one or more of the following characteristics: from zero debt to a maximum of 75% debt/equity ratio, direct purchase or reinvestment plan available, dividend less than 50% of EPS. Only 15% of America's publicly traded companies passed these tests and were eligible to appear.
