Diamond Pacific Realty Inc. in an effort to bring a smooth organized program of purchasing in the new Hacienda Pointe Townhome complex has created an interest list for a "First Come, First Served" home buying opportunity for parties interested in purchasing one or more of these "State of the Art" Townhomes.

(PRWEB) November 18, 2004 -- In an effort to appease interested parties for the 58 unit Hacienda Pointe Townhome project in Desert Hot Springs California, Diamond Pacific Realty has taken the next step by creating an interest list for potential Buyers and Investors. Sharon Koziel Diamond Pacific Realty Sales Manager said " It was something that our New Homes Division had to do. We were receiving between 15 to 60 calls a day from buyer's wanting to put deposits down to assure them a spot, and all these calls without even breaking ground yet" The amount of attention on this project has been significant as it boasts both a building product that is made from a combination of Recycled Polystyrene and Portland cement and is 100% Solar including the complex's common area's.

California law makers have also been very interested as a Bill (SB 1652) was passed in June of 2004 in Sacramento. This Bill which was introduced by State Senator Kevin Murray D-Los Angeles requires that builders install on 25% of new homes by 2006 "Solar Photovoltaic Energy Systems" which would mean that the systems that are installed would run "off grid" during the day with any excess energy being placed back into California's power grid (SEE ARTICLE from Peter Brownfeld Fox News).

Hacienda Pointe will be a City changing experience for Desert Hot Springs said Carol Sebesta Broker and CEO of Diamond Pacific Realty, "This project is a one of a kind project, I have seen the Architect "Virtual Walk thru" and these units and views are truly amazing i'm more than pleased to have our company associated with this project"
She went on " Our other project in Desert Hot Springs "Six Pointe" should really take care of those home buyers looking for Estate size Homes/Lots without the Palm Springs price tag".

Desert Hot Springs California is an up and coming area located in the Low Desert of Southern California and is located right next to World destination Palm Springs.

Hacienda Pointe intimate gated community of fifty-eight Townhomes situated in the heart of Desert Hot Springs, an international destination recognized for its therapeutic hot mineral spas.
