Connect Computing offers New Mandrakelinux Dedicate Server Software for Small and Medium Businesses migrating to Linux.

Two new distributions offered are Mandrakelinux Dedicated File Server, a Samba file server, and Mandrakelinux Dedicated Email Gateway, a Postfix email gateway that comes with SpamAssassin and virus protection software available.
Each is available now and cost under $1,000 which includes a two year support/upgrade package.

The idea is that all the tools needed to get a system up and running quickly are included on the distribution. Currently, with other server software, you have to install the server, then the email software, then the anti-virus software. The Mandrakelinux Dedicated Email Gateway gives you all of this functionality with the initial install which keeps the price down and means a faster return on investment.
The Mandrakelinux Dedicated File Server includes Samba 3 which is compatible with all Microsoft Windows networks and the CUPS printing system to manage printers.
