EnduranceRadio.com Begins Podcasting Daily Audio Interviews with Triathletes, Marathon Runners and Adventure Race Enthusiasts

EnduranceRadio.com, a pioneer in online audio interviews with endurance athletes, is once again on the leading edge of technology. With its new podcast, listeners can now have the daily audio program downloaded on to their iPod or other mp3 device automatically.

EnduranceRadio.com, a new website focusing on triathlons, marathons, swimming, cycling and adventure racing, has been interviewing athletes of all experience levels about what works in endurance sports.

By talking with endurance athletes at all levels and broadcasting the interviews online, were able to help other athletes improve their performance," said the sites owner, Tim Bourquin.

Launched just three months ago, www.EnduranceRadio.com covers subjects such as training, nutrition, racing techniques, and mental toughness. Endurance racing such as triathlons and long-distance adventure races have become hugely popular over the last two years.

Taking advantage of a new phenomenon, EnduranceRadio.com is now podcasting the daily audio program. While a generally accepted standard definition of podcasting is still being discussed on message boards such as the Podcast Expo (http://www.podcastexpo.com/phpBB2/), it is generally described as a method whereby listeners can have programs automatically downloaded to their iPod or other mp3 device automatically.

Recent interviews have included:

Robin Oswald: Professional triathlete who competed at the Ironman Triathlon World Championships in Hawaii this past October.

Hal Higdon: Runner's World's Longest Contributor and Author of "Marathon: The Ultimate Training Guide"

Rick Morris: endurance athlete coach who has written a book on how to train on a treadmill - great information for the coming winter months.

Endurance Radio also features interviews with race directors about how they manage, promote and profit from their races. Also, a section for officers of triathlon clubs and associations talks to successful club officers about how they manage and grow their membership of endurance athletes.
