The CNA Corporation Selects The American Small Business Coalition for Small Business Strategy Development and Team Building

The ASBC will support the CNAC Human Capital Management Center to identify potential partners for long-range opportunities at Federal agencies

Columbia, MD (PRWEB) November 29, 2004 -- The American Small Business Coalition (The ASBC) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with The CNA Corporation (CNAC) of Alexandria, VA to support CNACs Human Capital Management Center in the identification of potential small business teaming partners.

The ASBC (www.theasbc.org) is a membership-based advocacy organization for small businesses engaged in selling products and/or services to government agencies, prime contractors and companies that subcontract government-related requirements. They provide education, mentoring, networking and marketing activities with their Members and assist them in identifying, pursuing and capturing business opportunities and key contact introductions. Membership fees are based on the number of employees and whether support is targeted to government agencies only or to agencies and medium and large prime contractors. The ASBC does not assess contingency or success fees for awards received by its Members.

CNAC is a non-profit institution that conducts high-level, in-depth research and analysis to inform the important work of public sector decision makers. For more than 60 years, the research analysts of CNAC have helped bring creative solutions to a vast array of complex public interest challenges in both the national security arena and the domestic realm. The Human Capital Management Center provides fact-based, in-depth organizational performance and human capital management analysis and consulting services to a range of clients, offering expert assistance in strategic, human capital, and workforce planning; organizational development; human performance measurement; and business process improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for our Members and the rest of the Small Business community." says Guy Timberlake, Chief Visionary and Co-Founder of The American Small Business Coalition. The resource of expertise available to our Members is immeasurable and we are very pleased to have been invited to work with CNAC. Our Members are already realizing significant benefits in having the ability to team with them."
