This season spread holiday cheer with artisan bread, chocolate, and traditional French desserts from St. Honoré Boulangerie.
(PRWEB) December 1, 2004 -- Master baker Dominique Geulin will offer a selection of authentic holiday favorites, including two seasonal desserts from his familys bakery in Normandy: Apple Chiboust, a pastry filled with apples baked and soaked with pommeau and topped with cream; Flan aux Abricots, baked custard topped with apricot halves, as well as a new dessert created by pastry chef Bill Raes, Caramel Nut Tarte with hazelnuts, pecans, and pistachios in caramel. If you cant decide what to give, pick up a St. Honoré gift card in any denomination – a perfect stocking stuffer or hostess gift.
Growing up in Normandy, the holidays were filled with special breads and desserts,” says Geulin. I always looked forward to helping my family prepare the seasonal Bûche de Noël and the Christmas sweet bread. Now I can share my traditions with my customers – and my own children.”
