Charlotte, NC (HRMarketer/PRWeb) December 2, 2004 -- HR XCEL, Inc., an experienced provider of human resource outsourcing and benefits administration services, has reached a contract agreement with NewDominion Bank (proposed). HR XCEL will act as the Human Resource department for the bank, providing comprehensive HR services, including employee relations, benefits administration and payroll services.

We chose HR XCEL due to their customer-centric focus and the high level of expertise they can provide," said Benjamin M. Guion, COO and CFO of NewDominion Bank.
