New Poker Tour Announces First American Stop

The New Small Town Poker Tour has announced first stop on the first leg of its US Tour.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) December 16, 2004 -- The Small Town Poker Tour has announced the first stop of the USA Tour. The Small Town Poker Tour is a tour that will travel all 50 states in search of the best amature player in the USA. The tour is the first 100% Charity Poker Tour to travel. There is also a European Small Town Poker Tour set to travel all EU Countries in the spring of 2005.

The US version will begin in Burlington, Vermont. You can visit the Small Town Poker Tour web site at www.smalltownpokertour.com, Mark Fracalossi Executive Producer of the tour,stated. "We are trying to get huge turnouts and rasise as much money for charity as we can", 100% money is given to charity. "We are working on finalizing the dates and have also contacted local charties who may be intrested in participation".Fracalossi stated. Any local charities who want to participate are asked to visit the web site.

The Tour plays Texas Hold'em, the fastest growing card game in the us today."We are very committed to making this the finest traveling charity event in the world".Fracalossi said.

"This is a chance for all those with the love of the game to come out support the charity and see if they can be crowned that states Small Town Poker Tour Champion".Fracalossi said. The tour is set to be filmed for television with production duties given to Los Angeles based Make It Happen Productions.

The Tour will add a new grass roots look to the poker craze. "It will be different from the rest, we put more on the people aspect and feature unique locations." It will also raise money for charity along the way. The Tour comes to town, everyone who lives in that state is invited out to play. "We are going to take poker back to where it all started", Fracalossi said.
