1. Enhanced Management of 'Favourites'
The existing favourites section of the Virtual Agent has been expanded to allow the inclusion of all properties that Home Buyers are interested in, regardless of the web site they are advertised on.

Designed for those who know exactly what they are looking for in a new home but are not interested in exchanging contact information for the promise of leads. Release 2.0 of the Virtual Agent provides the ability to advertise your property requirements only. Not your personal identity.
Realtors and Home Sellers, visiting the XstreamRealty web site can submit property leads, which match the criteria of a Wanted Property Ad", and the Home Buyer will be notified, through the Virtual Agent, that the lead has been submitted. Buyers can now advertise their needs while still maintaining control by contacting only the leads that are of interest to them.
