Amherst, NY (PRWEB) Febuary 5, 2004 -- The Rotary Club of Amherst East invites anyone interested in using public relations to build a business to attend its weekly lunch meeting on Thursday, February 26. The presentation takes place from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Daffodils Restaurant, 930 Maple Road, Williamsville, N.Y.
The events presenter is Grace Lazzara, president of G. Lazzara Inc. She will discuss the use of public relations to help grow a small business or support the mission of a not-for-profit organization. She has substantial experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit public relations management.
The first quarter of a new year is a great time to think about starting or expanding a public relations effort," said George Oliver, president of the Rotary Club of Amherst East.
The Rotary Club of Amherst East is one of four Rotary Clubs in the Amherst area. Each meets at different times and on different days, providing flexibility to those wishing to attend Rotary meetings. The Amherst East club meets weekly at noon on Thursdays at Daffodils Restaurant.
