VoEx, Inc. appoints James Ball to identify and assess new strategic growth initiatives and to develop key customer accounts and programs.

In this role, Mr. Ball will be responsible for the identification and assessment of new strategic growth initiatives as well as the development of key customer accounts and programs.

Mr. Ball has over 19 years of senior executive, general management, and sales management experience in the telecom industry, working continually with aggressive, high growth, early-stage organizations. Most recently, Mr. Ball founded the consulting company, Ball and Associates which specialized in strategic guidance services for such clients as Yipes Enterprise Services, Paetec Communications, McLeod USA, T-Systems North America and XO Communications.
Balls prior experience includes positions as Regional President and Officer of MPower Communications where he held full business unit profit & loss and general management responsibilities. Mr. Ball also served as a Regional Vice President for Level 3 Communications with control over third level sales and operations for the Wholesale, Industry, and Commercial sales channels. Additionally, he spent four years as the top wholesale/carrier revenue producer for MFS Telecom. Mr. Ball began his career in telecom with varied positions in sales and supervision at Quadrum Telecom, LCI International, and Centex Telemanagement.
