IRVINE, CA (ExitPath) February 26, 2004 -- Susan Johnson and her company, Susans Healthy Gourmet, will be featured on CBS-TVs "48 Hours" in a segment scheduled to air on Friday, Feb. 27. The show will focus on the positive impact that the Irvine, Calif.-based companys healthy, calorie-controlled, gourmet meals have had on actor Wayne Knights waistline.
Knight, most notably known to fans as Newman on the "Seinfeld" show, lost 117 pounds over the past year. In previous interviews, including an article appearing in the December 5, 2003 issue of People Magazine, Knight cited Susans Healthy Gourmet food, along with an exercise program and support group, as the keys to his success.
