(PRWEB) March 1, 2004--David Grebow has recently completed his interim position as the Chief Learning Officer for start-up Trinity Learning International and is returning to their Board of Advisors. He was part of the executive team that secured their first round US$5M in funding, and acquired the first ive acquisitions, worth US$12-15M, from the US to Australia and South Africa. He is actively looking for a new challenge - making your company one of the smartest in the new digital knowledge-driven world.

His background and education includes 25 years of education and educational technology, communications, performance and change management, cognitive sciences and the psychology of learning. He has written, spoken and been interviewed numerous times worldwide, especially on his favorite topic – helping companies become smarter, more productive and profitable by increasing their Corporate IQ.

Prior to becoming CLO for Trinity, he was a Director of eLearning Strategy for IBM's MindSpan business and co-founder of The IBM Institute of Advanced Learning (IAL) in Zurich, Switzerland. Before that, he held various Executive positions at PeopleSoft, Global Knowledge and Digital Equipment, developing corporate strategies and leading major profitable programs focused on performance, communications, education, learning and technology.

"Every time you succeed, it's like climbing a ladder. As I get closer to the top rungs, after 25 years of work," said Mr. Grebow," I understand that you need a number of elements working in concert to bring your company into the new knowledge-driven digital world. Orchestrating those elements, so they work in each diverse culture and company, and for each individual, is the critical path for companies who need to compete and win in this emerging global marketplace."

Mr. Grebow's career has included the creation and delivery of a number of successful products and services. They included the worldwide revenue generating and cost-saving PowerPack! program, developed for Digital Equipment Corporation's Sales and Field Services. They also include the Workforce Peformance Services product for PeopleSoft, and various learning technology products for IBM. He has always focused on what he calls "organizational performance."

As part of the IBM team, at their Institute for Advanced Learning, he was a leader in researching the workplace education model, and finding ways to differentiate it from the older, more traditional and less successful schoolplace educational model. The goal was to discover ways to use workplace education and related performance technology to enable the learning process, measure increases in productivity and trace them to improved profitability.
