Bristol, CT (PRWEB) March 8, 2004 -– When instructing your children on good behavior, do you ever find yourself sounding exactly like your mother, though you swear you never would? Do the phrases Chew with your mouth closed," Elbows off the table" or Dont pick your nose" ring eerily familiar? If so, theres a new DVD just for you.

Look Mom! I Have Good Manners" is the new video and DVD from award-wining Thinkeroo, which teaches children good manners in an engaging, interactive game show format. Using easy-to-follow demonstrations and fun graphics for lessons in mealtime behavior, telephone etiquette and school discipline, the 30-minute Look Mom! I Have Good Manners," is perfect for ages five and older. It will be available nationwide March 16, 2004 for a suggested retail price of $14.95 for either the VHS or DVD.

Manners are more than just a set of rules to follow," explains wacky host Willy Doright, played by Todd Alan Crain. They help children know what to do and say in different situations and to get along better with other people, which helps to build confidence."

The multiple-choice exercises – for which kids earn points for correct answers – are broken down into five categories: Mealtime Manners, Playtime Manners, Telephone Manners, School Manners and Healthy Manners. In between the lessons (and keeping in tune with the game show spirit), sponsors" teach mini disciplines like saying please" and excuse me," sending thank you notes after receiving gifts and showing respect when a guest in someones home. The video concludes by passing along the message that, when in doubt, kids should follow the Golden Rule and treat others the way they themselves would like to be treated.

Parents can be assured that, with the help of Look Mom! I Have Good Manners," their kids can learn the importance of respect and adapt good behavior in the home, in the classroom and out in the world.
