Israeli Expert to brief Homeland Security Personnel, Key Decision Makers and Law Enforcement/Agency personnel about Suicide bombers.

The seminar will give participants a background in the different methods employed by different groups, help them to understand what an effective protective policy might look like, and will be based on actual Israeli incidents.
