Israeli Expert to brief Homeland Security Personnel, Key Decision Makers and Law Enforcement/Agency personnel about Suicide bombers.

(PRWEB) March 29, 2004--With the background of higher threat level warnings and increased worry over possible strikes against the US after Madrid, an innovative Miami company is doing something about it. Security Solutions International (SSI) is taking Homeland Security seriously. The Miami start-up represents various Israeli groups that are prominent in counter-terrorism in a nation that has long suffered from terror. SSI has an exclusive marketing agreement with the Israel College of Security, one of Israel's most prominent training institutes. Drawing on that know-how, the company aims to contribute to the US Homeland Security effort and the corporate market.

"We are focusing at first on making South Florida as safe as possible through increased preparedness for this threat", says Henry Morgenstern, SSI President, "but eventually we will be training throughout the entire country. We have had interest from California and New York for people to attend these seminars. We are very impressed by the level of awareness of this threat to our country." Morgenstern lived in Israel for twenty years and developed top-level defense connections. The Greater Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the seminar in Broward.

The company not only deals in preventing Suicide bombers. They are also the only company in the country with a course for Helicopter Pilots. " Every one knows that the helicopter is the primary form of transportation for getting to an incident," says Sol Bradman, SSIs Director of Aviation, but no one was doing anything about Helicopters role in Homeland Security." Bradman, a former Intercontinental pilot, has thousands of hours of flight experience in both fixed wing and helicopters. We have now had interest from corporate groups that transport VIP's as well as the Airborne Law Enforcement Association. We also deal in maritime security and corporate fixed wing aircraft security."

The seminar will give participants a background in the different methods employed by different groups, help them to understand what an effective protective policy might look like, and will be based on actual Israeli incidents. The events have a limited amount of places and will be sold-out quickly. Participation in the full day event costs $295.00 including breakfast and lunch.
