New CEO to make 2004 a banner year for Visual Click Software of Austin, Texas.

Fry, a seasoned technology sales and marketing executive, will be appointed CEO with immediate effect. Frys experience includes senior positions with Elron Software, Inc. (recently acquired by Zix Corporation: ZIXI) and ON Technology (recently acquired by Symantec: SYMC).

He holds a BA from the University of London and a MBA with prize honors from the University of Oxfords Said Business School. He has also studied computer science at Londons prestigious Imperial College.
