In October, BORDERS sold over 80 copies of Valerie Connellys first novel, SACRED NIGHT on the day she way there to sign her debut novel. This time, it was an easy task to stage an encore book signing for her second novel, SIDETRACKS.
On March 27, 2004, Valerie Connelly celebrated the release of her second novel, SIDETRACKS (ISBN 09743348-20 / US$13.95) with a book signing on Teacher Appreciation Weekend. Selling out of the books available in less than an hour and a half, BORDERS in Gurnee, IL asked her to return to sign both her books on Saturday, May 8th from 2pm to 4pm.

SYNOPSIS:
Seriously injured in an apparent bathroom accident, successful business- woman, Hannah Sebastian, is rescued by a delivery driver, Peyton Staley, who arrives at her home to deliver some flowers.
