Under license from the USPS, mailers can now use NCOALink secure data storage technology in conjunction with our MaxMover software to update mailing lists using the latest change-of-address information on file from the postal service.
MaxMover works in conjunction with MaxCass - Anchors widely used USPS CASS-Certified (Coding Accuracy Support System) software application that utilizes the USPS ZIP + 4® File - to standardize addresses, apply or correct ZIP Codes, add ZIP + 4 and apply delivery bar codes (DBC).
Until the release of NCOALink mailers were limited to sending their address files for processing to a limited number of USPS licensed NCOA or FASTForward® service providers or licensing FASTForward software for internal use. Mailers can now obtain a secure process, that enhances the security of change-of-address information by licensing NCOALink from the USPS and processing their address files in-house using MaxMover software.
