Orange, CA (PRWEB) April 12, 2004 -- The Rapvibe Summit's date has been tentatively set for the weekend of August 21 and 22nd in Chicago, IL at the Hilton Hotel. We're expecting 35+ record labels which includes representatives from all the major record labels. There will be other promotional companies in attendance as well (Management, Publications, etc.). A VIP party is getting put together for Saturday night as well. The venue has not been declared as of yet for the party, but it will be in downtown Chicago.
The Rapvibe Summit is a two day event and is capped at 300 people. Artists that attend this event will have their music reviewed by all labels and have a chance to showcase on the stage at any labels request. Rapvibe is having other affiliates help set up the event who have worked with acts like Madonna and Janet Jackson. So everyone looking to attend, needs to send music on CD ASAP. Bio info, pics, and press is optional. Be sure to include all of your contact info with package (name, phone number, and address). Please make sure to send a package titled attention A&R Department. Your demo's will be reviewed immediately.
