Maquina Realty acquires three shopping centers from Casto.

The seller is Casto, a real estate development firm located in Columbus, Ohio.

Castleton Square Pavilion and Castleton Square Marketplace, Indianapolis, IN, are strategically situated at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 465 and Allisonville Road and offers frontage and access on both East 86th Street and Castleton Corner Drive. These complimentary community centers are adjacent to Castleton Square Mall, Indianas #1 mall. Castleton Square Pavilion, a 59,926 SF property, boasts tenants that include Outback Steakhouse, Sofa Express and Futon Factory. At 50,391 SF, Castleton Square Marketplace tenant mix includes Guitar Center, Danish Inspirations and The Mattress Firm.

Market View Center, Champaign IL, is a dynamic shopping center located immediately off the Interstate 74 exit at the Market Street and Market View Drive intersection. This 86,257 square foot center is in the center of this college towns retail trading area. Anchor tenants include TJ Maxx and MC Sports with support from shadow anchors Barnes and Noble and Bed Bath and Beyond.
