JUSTCHEX extends zero back office to customer service

'One click' features that stop the collection process on any check, or issues a refund, offers clients point of incident control to improve the process and lower the cost of resolving customer service disputes

Oxnard (PRWEB) April 19, 2004--JUSTCHEX, LLC, ("JU$TCHEX") the leader in online processing of returned checks (http://justchex.net) has completed the deployment of their 'one click' online customer service tool set. These tools give their clients workflow access to intervene at any point in the collection process to solve customer service issues related to a returned check. They can cancel a check in process or refund a check that has been collected. When a client clicks a refund or cancel button they have real-time access to view the transaction history for the check as a reference and confirmation. The company reports that clients are leaving more traditional check processing and collection companies for their completely automated online solution. The justchex.net web site is the login point to access a high-volume transaction platform that processes all returned checks in a rule-based environment. The site offers partial or complete processing automation depending on the needs of the client, along with full online reporting.

"Collections are often done in-house because companies do not want to risk their customer relationships with a third party collection agency.
